A double murder in Phoenix has police searching vehemently for suspects. The victims were reportedly found tied up and then burned in their own home last week. Although the police are not giving out too many details about the incident, it is known that some evidence stolen from the scene of the crime has helped provide a possible link to the killers. The victims, L.S. and G.S., may have only been two out of a string of fire-death victims that have been taking place in Paradise Valley.

Officers were first alerted to the double murder when they found the victim's car. It had also been torched at a nearby strip mall, leading police to the home of the couple. By the time that they arrived, the place was already up in flames and the two victims had been left for dead. Both victims reportedly were shot before the house was set on fire. Anytime someone has been charged with the crime of murder, he/she needs to seek help from a Phoenix criminal defense attorney as soon as possible.

When police were called to a shooting last week in Peoria, news sources say that the suspect was a 15-year-old boy. Now, despite being a minor, the 15-year-old will be prosecuted as an adult in the state of Arizona. J.L., a Phoenix resident, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder after an incident at a smoke shop in Peoria last week. By the time that police arrived on the scene of the shooting, two people had died and one person was seriously injured.

Police shut down the building as they initially believed that the suspect was hiding inside. Once they realized that a 15 minute gap of time had elapsed between the shooting and the 911 call, they assumed that he fled before the police even arrived. Based on a description provided by the remaining witness, police were able to identify and locate the suspect, J.L. Reports indicate that the surviving victim was shot in the hip and is expected to make a full recovery and that the shop's owner fled before J.L. started firing. If your child has committed juvenile crimes, you must take the charges seriously and should always work with a

News sources say that police in Glendale have been waiting over two weeks to take one man into custody. The suspect has been recuperating in a hospital after initiating a police chase that ended in a shootout. On January 18th, the suspect, 29-year-old M.L.C., ran through a red light. It just so happened that a police officer was watching the intersection and saw the incident happen. She immediately tried to pull him over but he ignored her requests. Instead of stopping, he took off and started a high-speed chase. Several officers were on their way when he crashed into a civilian's car.

When the suspect got out of his car after the crash, he pulled his gun on a police officer. Since he showed his intention of firing, the officer shot first and injured him. M.L.C. was later charged with committing a violent crime, resisting arrest, felony flight, and seven counts of

Three members of one family have been arrested on multiple charges of fraud. The father, C.G., and his twin sons, R.G. and D.G., have been accused of using their business in Arizona for fraudulent purposes. The three own and work at a car title company that processes vehicle titles and inspections for the state of Arizona. Last year, several inspectors with the Arizona Department of Transportation noticed that the paperwork filed by the company was incomplete. There were blatant omissions and mistakes that seemed to be happening more and more frequently.

An investigation was conducted that took several months. By the end of the investigation, officers had more than enough to charge the three men with several white collar crimes including forgery, fraud, and running a criminal syndicate. In total, there were 50 felony charges brought against the men for the white collar crimes they allegedly committed. While the men have been charged, they can still run their store, but my only perform limited transactions. White collar crimes, although non-violent, can lead to years of jail time if you're convicted. For this reason, you'll want to fight your charges with the assistance of a

It took police several months to track down two men they believe to be responsible for a murder in Phoenix, Arizona. The men were hiding out in Colorado Springs when police finally located them. However, at this time, their identities are not being released to the public.

Thanks to the cooperation from the Colorado Springs Police Department, investigating officers on Phoenix were able to apprehend the two suspects. One of the men is a 20-year-old and the other is a juvenile. They are believed to have shot and killed a man, dumped his body in a vehicle, and rolled it onto the front yard of a house in Phoenix. According to the officers working on the case, the shooting is believed to be drug-related. The two suspects are awaiting extradition to Phoenix where they will be formally charged with murder.

This week, it was reported that a young man was arrested for sex crimes he committed against children. The 26-year-old man worked at a church summer camp in 2010 where he allegedly molested an 11-year-old boy and videotaped the abuse. When police first learned about the incident they scheduled an appointment to interview the suspect. However, he did not appear for that interview which prompted officers to dig further into the allegations.

The investigators eventually found more than enough evidence to arrest the 26-year-old. They located hundreds of images on his computer of young children, many of which captured him committing sex acts with them. He was charged with committing multiple sex crimes including unlawful surreptitious video recording and sexual exploitation of a minor. At this time, police have located four of the suspect's victims and are conducting further investigations to see if more victims will come forward. A sex crime conviction can lead to more than just time in jail, which is why people accused of these types of offenses should hire a

Recently, it was reported that a businessman that was well-respected in his community was arrested for committing numerous white collar crimes. While committing these offenses, he was able to steal roughly $45,000. After conducting an investigation, police were able to obtain enough information to arrest the 43-year-old businessman. He was detained and charged with two counts of writing a check over the felony limit, two counts of writing bad checks over $500, and embezzlement.

The man used to own an auto store. It was at his place of business that he wrote the checks that prompted authorities' suspicion. In total, twelve checks were made out for $43,888. If the suspect is found guilty of the charges against him, he could face up to 40 years behind bars as well as a fine of $20,000.

Police officers have one of the toughest and sometimes strangest jobs. One officer in Phoenix, Arizona was hospitalized after a suspect bit him on the face.

According to the police report, the officer was called to a home for a possible domestic violence dispute. When he arrived on the scene, he spoke with the victim and several witnesses. A few moments later the suspect returned to the scene and started a fight with the police officer. Several more officers were called in for backup but not in time to stop the struggle that took place.

Although the officer is expected to make a full recovery from the face bite, he is none too happy about what happened. The suspect was detained not just for possible domestic violence but for assault on a police officer as well. This is not the first time that the suspect has been in trouble, however, as police responded to a similar call earlier this month for the same man.

Ponzi schemes have been going on for decades but people still fall for them. Such is the case in Oregon where police have arrested a man for stealing almost $1 million from unwitting victims.

After conducting a lengthy investigation, police have arrested a 60-year-old man for running a fraudulent business. He lured nine people into giving almost $1 million towards his seemingly simple house-flipping scheme. The suspect told his victims, all of whom lived in southern Oregon, that he needed an upfront payment for his latest plan. He would purchase houses cheaply, renovate them quickly and then turn them for a profit. The investors would get back their deposit along with a 15% return.

The investors started to question his actions and alerted police. It took 11 months for police to gather enough evidence to obtain an arrest warrant. He was arrested on charges of multiple white collar crimes including securities fraud and racketeering.

A police officer in Phoenix, Arizona found himself behind bars last week on charges of domestic violence. Initial reports of the incident are alarming and worrisome for the local community. According to the police report, the Phoenix police officer was arrested after his wife accused him of domestic violence. She claims that he hit her in their own home and then discharged his firearm.

This came as a surprise to those who had worked with the 37-year-old suspect for the past five years.

When officers discovered that a wanted criminal was staying at a low-rate hotel in Phoenix, they knew that the arrest would not be a simple one. However, they did not think it would end in an officer shooting.

According to the police report, the 28-year-old suspect was approached by a police officer who identified himself as a law enforcement figure to the man. He asked the suspect to stop, but the man just started to walk away.

The suspect then took off on foot and was pursued by the police officer. When the suspect reached for something around his waist, the officer believed that it was a gun and shot the suspect. The shot did not hit the suspect, however, and the man kept running. He was eventually captured by another officer and detained on charges of violent crimes.
