15-Year-Old Identified as Shooting Suspect

When police were called to a shooting last week in Peoria, news sources say that the suspect was a 15-year-old boy. Now, despite being a minor, the 15-year-old will be prosecuted as an adult in the state of Arizona. J.L., a Phoenix resident, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder after an incident at a smoke shop in Peoria last week.
