2004 Murder Suspect Finally Caught

In the state of Kentucky, law enforcement agents with a police department in Louisville announced that they had successfully detained the suspect wanted in a cold case traced back to Phoenix, Arizona.

According to police, the suspect was wanted for a June 2004 murder. He had allegedly killed the victim after they were involved in an altercation.

Officers were able to locate the cold case suspect after several witnesses came forward and told police who had pulled the trigger during the shooting that took place seven years ago. After receiving the information, officers obtained a warrant and were able to place the suspect under arrest this week.
