Suspect Arrested for Killing Flight Attendant
A flight attendant found bound, beaten and strangled in a hotel room had police in Mexico City searching for a suspect.
Just a few days later, police zoned in on their suspect. It is now believed that a 20-year-old local killed the 27-year-old flight attendant. The man was taken into custody and produced a confession stating that he beat and robbed the victim.
When police probed further, the suspect stated that he met the victim at the hotel bar. They both went back to his hotel room and had sexual relations. Afterward, the suspect tied up the flight attendant, beat him and strangled him to death with a belt.
However, he left behind fingerprints tying him to the murder. In addition, hotel surveillance cameras caught the suspect on tape. When police picked him up for questioning, the young man had already shaved his head in an attempt to foil their investigation.
