18 Year Old Identified as Serial Rapist in South Phoenix
After months of terrorizing South Phoenix, a suspect has been named in connection to sex crimes in the area.
According to police reports, 18-year-old DeJuan Donaldson, was taken into custody on Wednesday morning; 13 charges so far have been levied against the alleged serial rapist. Police found him in a local grocery store with his mother, the store itself not being too far from the scene of the last sexual attack. Through DNA and other evidence, Donaldson has already been linked to three attacks in the area.
The first known victim of his attacks was a ten-year-old girl from Conchos Elementary School; other victims include a 17-year-old girl who was walking to South Mountain High School when Donaldson assaulted her. Several of the victims were brought to the same vacant home to be assaulted.
