Young Man Charged with Multiple Sex Offenses
A young man just months away from entering the army may now be prevented from doing so if found guilty of multiple sex crimes.
Julian Titcomb, 21, has been charged with eight counts of sexual conduct with a minor. The victim, a 14-year-old girl, was on the basketball team that Titcomb coached for as a volunteer at Saint Catherine's Elementary School. At that time the young girl was thirteen years old, and after she became friends with Titcomb on Facebook, he asked if they could be "friends with benefits."
A few days later Titcomb persuaded her to sneak out of her home to a field in the 6000 block of South 32nd Lane. Although she didn't want to kiss him at first, she finally conceded, and then proceeded to please him in other ways.
