Ten Suspects Wanted for Theft Crimes

In Phoenix, Arizona, local law enforcement decided to move forward with a raid to crack down on ten individuals they believed were involved in an identity theft ring. The ten people targeted, employees of an inn, were allegedly in the United States illegally and had committed theft crimes while working at the motel.

After the raid, police say they were able to apprehend one suspect, a woman that was later charged with forgery and identity theft. However, the other nine suspects never showed up to work and remain wanted by officers.

When interviewed, one of the police officers leading the case said that great record keeping and reporting allowed the department to complete their investigation within two months. Normally, such investigations take six months or more. He also told news sources that police would issue nine arrest warrants for the suspects that remain at large.
