Two Suspects in Custody for Theft Crimes

Sheriff's in Maricopa County have four suspects in custody on suspicion of various theft crimes.

According to police records, the employees are believed to have been using false identification and are in this country illegally. Two employees were arrested at their homes while two more were taken into custody at Allied Tube & Conduit.  There are two more suspects still under investigation for identity theft.

Although sheriff's received a tip about these employees a year ago, it has taken that long to conduct a thorough-enough investigation to find reason to arrest them. This raid came just a day after a federal judge ruled that deputies in Arpaio had violated the constitutional rights of two men during a similar raid two years prior. At that time two men were detained for three hours, without reason, while the deputies conducted their raid.

If you're facing theft crime charges, now is the time to contact our law office and work with a Phoenix criminal defense attorney.
