Man Broadcasts Sex Crime Over the Internet

Last week Thursday, a man from Phoenix pled guilty to a sex crime that was broadcast over the Internet live.

23-year-old Jonathon Hock pled guilty to charges of sexual assault and voyeurism.  He is expected to be sentenced on October 8th.

According to prosecutors, Hock molested his girlfriend while she was sleeping after she had been drinking.  He broadcast the assault live on an Internet site.  Police say a recording of the incident was also made available on a number website.

Investigators say that the girlfriend learned of the assault from friends who had found the video online.  She contacted authorities and told them she had not consented to the sexual contact.  Witnesses who watched the crime unfold online contacted police officers and described the incident.  They said Hock had boasted that his girlfriend was completely passed out while he assaulted her.

If you have been charged with a sex crime, it is important that you obtain representation from a Phoenix criminal defense lawyer immediately.  Contact the Knowles Law Firm now!
