Police Looking for Local Robber
In Phoenix, it has been reported that a $1000 reward is being offered to anyone with information that will lead to the arrest of a man who stands suspected of robbing a Phoenix retailer last Friday morning.
Allegedly, the suspect entered the store on 16th and Van Buren streets at 8:00 AM. He then pointed a semi automatic handgun at a female clerk and ordered her to get onto the ground. When the clerk was finally on the ground, the robbery suspect stole the money from the cash register as well as several other items from the store.
Police say the suspect is approximately 40 years old, 5'9" and 180 pounds. At the time of the crime, he was wearing a black T-shirt with the words "Bada Bing" inscribed on the front. He was also wearing sunglasses and a black baseball cap. He fled the scene of the robbery in an older model, baby blue Chevrolet convertible cavalier.
