3 People Arrested for Violating Shannon's Law
In Phoenix, local law-enforcement adhered to Shannon's Law when arresting several people over the weekend. This Arizona law makes it illegal for any person to shoot a gun into the air and was named after a shooting victim by the name of Shannon Smith.
On Friday night, several people were arrested for violating Shannon's Law.
Tommy Thompson of the Phoenix Police Department said, "Last night, we had 129 shots fired calls."
Now, Kiko Sierra, David Sandoval-Garcia and David Bowles are all facing weapon crime charges because they were caught by police firing guns over the holiday weekend.
